I am a tenant at a property managed by Appealing properties. I have had the pleasure to be dealing with Damian and with Amy. I found them to be highly responsive, giving very good advice to us tenants, clear communication, and always fair in every situation. When there was an issue, they always resolved it quickly with the help of plumbers/handymen/painters/etc. who did the job well, so they are definitely well connected.
