I am a tenant at a property managed by Appealing properties. I have had the pleasure to be dealing with Damian and with Amy. I found them to be highly responsive, giving very good advice to us tenants, clear communication, and always fair in every situation. Damian already manages a property for us in York and when another became available they came around to assess it. They particularly impressed us in quickly getting to grips with the property and the few issues that needed sorting before the next tenancy which were quickly dealt with over the next couple of days. We had a lot of interest in the property, and it was let on the first day of viewings. We have found both Damian and all his staff to be extremely efficient in the running of our properties and they are pleasant to speak with and quick to deal with any problems that arise.
